Island Home Care was founded on the idea that having excellent staff retention levels benefits both an organisation and its clients. A long-term, stable relationship between a client and their support team is often cited as being one of the most important things things to people receiving care and support. It is our mission to provide this relationship. Most of our clients will have 2 Healthcare Support Workers assigned to them with our small team of care coordinators offering holiday cover and additional support. This service promise is almost unique in the current climate and something that Island Home Care is very proud to offer.

CARE SERVICES
We offer short visits starting at 1 hour, all the way up to 24 hour Care packages. You can feel confident that your care needs will be planned with you to ensure that we offer a personal and tailored home care experience. We are registered to provide services from age 17+.
Island Home Care put your health and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, whether that be assisting with your medication, preparing meals or helping with personal care. All our staff are trained to the highest standards and have professional qualifications and experience.
SUPPORT SERVICES
In addition to our community care services, we are able to offer specialist support to help clients with additional needs such as Autism, Learning Disabities and people living with mental illness.
Our founder's working experience and training in this area area enables us to provide a compassionate and quality service for our clients. It is important to us that we match you with the right staff that have the most appropriate training, qualifications and professional background.

Wherever possible, our clients are invited to be part of the hiring and interview process. We can shortlist quality candidates for you to meet and help you to make the final decision on who is in your care and support team.
