Christine was born and educated in Jersey. At the age of 18 she went to do her Nurses' training at St. Bartholemew's Hospital in London. Christine trained and qualified as a Midwife and has had a varied career in nursing and social care. Having retired from nursing, Christine has recently returned to Jersey after living in the UK for 44 years, and wanted to join us to give something back to the community and to meet new people.

 

Christine loves cooking for her family when they visit, and has a beautiful Tonkinese cat called Olly. At the time of writing, he is 17 years old! Christine loves to visit the Greek Islands for holidays, but is also very fond of spending time in Jersey. She enjoys swimming, surfing and beachcombing. She has even spent a night at Les Ecrehous, a small offshore reef to the East of Jersey.
