Born and raised in Jersey, Dionne brings a wealth of personal and professional care knowledge and a deep understanding of additional needs that make her an integral part of the management team. Her previous role as a senior healthcare assistant honed her ability to assess client needs accurately and think outside the box to find creative solutions to help her clients and colleagues.

 

Dionne’s experience as a dental nurse also demanded precision, patience, and excellent organisational skills. This role crucially developed Dionne’s medical knowledge and administrative skills, translating well to the high standards of care and management in her role as a care coordinator.

 

Dionne’s approachable and compassionate nature coupled with her knowledgable background enables her to not only excel when supporting clients, but also her colleagues, forming meaningful connections and helping them to build confidence and navigate challenges.

 

Outside of work, Dionne enjoys engaging in arts, gardening, and baking. She also loves spending quality time with her family and energetic labrador, Marley.
