Growing up in the UK, Liz began her career in the care profession in her twenties and continued this passion after moving to Jersey in 2008, giving her a wealth of expertise. Most recently, Liz worked as a rapid responder, where her ability to assess emergencies quickly and respond promptly to clients’ needs has sharpened her crisis management, communication, and problem-solving skills, which are crucial to her role as a care coordinator.
Liz has also accumulated extensive experience as a senior support worker, which showcased her ability to handle diverse responsibilities, from financial planning and record-keeping to overseeing and supporting a team. Her substantial training in Health & Social Care and Management & Leadership help to further bolster her expertise as a care coordinator.
Outside of work, Liz adores spending quality time with her family, including her 13 grandchildren. She also finds joy in cooking, trips to the beach, and family holidays. Liz’s expertise along with her compassionate approach make her exceptionally well-suited for the multifaceted role of a care coordinator.
