Emily is passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community, ensuring kindness remains at the heart of everything she does. Since beginning her career in care in 2020, she has specialised in supporting elderly clients and individuals with learning disabilities. She then developed key skills as a Community Manager in overseeing care plans, conducting risk assessments, managing staff teams, and liaising with families and professionals, which are essential to her role with us as a Care Coordinator.

Bringing invaluable safeguarding knowledge to her role, Emily applies her advanced training with hands-on experience as a Safeguarding Lead to handle complex situations with confidence and sensitivity. In addition, her strong background in administration, developed through years in bookkeeping and banking, ensures the smooth day-to-day running of care services.

Born and raised in Jersey, Emily has also lived in Dublin and Spain, though she especially loves Jersey’s beautiful beaches and close-knit community. In her spare time, she enjoys paddleboarding, swimming, and walking on the beach with her dog, Bubbles, who shares her love for the water. Emily and her family often collect sea glass and pottery during their walks and enjoy relaxing with a good movie.
