Raised in Jersey and relocated to Australia in 2003, Kelli has gained almost two decades of experience in care and support roles, working with people of all ages in community, residential, and educational settings. Kelli's experience managing support for clients with complex disabilities and coordinating community-based support makes her exceptionally qualified for her role as Deputy Care Manager. Kelli’s RQF Level 5 Advanced Diplomas in Disability and in Management also underscore her strong qualifications.
Kelli’s time spent working as an educational support worker and a disability support professional fostered her patience and deep understanding of additional needs. Returning to Jersey in 2020, Kelli then gained valuable experience working in hospice, applying her knowledge of palliative care to provide compassionate support to patients and their loved ones. Kelli’s adaptability to different areas of care and support work allows her to thrive in the dynamic nature of her current role.
Kelli's hard work is always complemented by her infectious positivity and passion for helping everyone around her get the most out of life. Beyond her work, Kelli is a social butterfly, but also appreciates the peacefulness of gardening, growing vegetables and herbal remedies in her spare time.
