Vanessa began her journey in care as a Health Care Assistant in 2014, equipping her with essential skills in clinical care, infection control, emergency first aid, and dementia awareness. Her initial training prepared her for a career in care, developing her expertise through hands-on experience in community-based and residential settings and providing critical support to those in need. Vanessa’s additional completion of an RQF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care reflects her dedication to maintaining high standards in her work.
Vanessa’s 10 years of experience in care has taught her the importance of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Known for her warm personality, keen attention to detail, and empathy, Vanessa approaches each client interaction with a deep sense of care and respect. She believes that small acts of kindness and attentiveness can make a significant difference in her clients’ lives, an approach that has won her the trust and appreciation of those she supports. Outside of her role, Vanessa enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, exploring new places, and relaxing with her cherished cat, Tigger.
